For speed of delivery I would give 5* For ease of order 5* I think it would have been another *if the florist had sent me a picture of the flowers they chose and presented in the vase. As I have no idea what the bouquet looked like. My mother is thrilled with them so made her day!

Beautiful flower arrangement - well done. It would not have harmed however to have copied and pasted the accompanying text onto the card that came with the flowers. But that's really no big deal - what counts is the joy of the recipient getting this lovely bouquet in a nice vase and the timely delivery in really difficult times! I can only recommend the florist and the service to the other customers.
